Tolpanvaara

Tolpanvaara wind farm is located in the city of Pudasjärvi in Finland, approximately 30 kilometres from Pudasjärvi center.

The wind farm consists of 13 wind turbines with a total capacity of 76 megawatts. The total height of one turbine is 230 meters.

The wind farm has an estimated annual production of approximately 250 gigawatt-hours, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 50,000 households (5,000 kWh/household).

Tolpanvaara wind farm was constructed in 2022–2024 and entered commercial production in 2024.

OX2 will be responsible for the technical, commercial, and financial management of the Tolpanvaara wind farm. Tolpanvaara is one of the wind farms managed by OX2 that has not been built by the company itself. The wind farm is owned by Rabbalshede Kraft.
