Catherine Way, Australia
Director of Development
Catherine Way leads the development of OX2’s renewable energy projects in Australia, overseeing project planning, feasibility, and delivery to support the company’s growth in the region. She plays a key role in shaping project concepts into operational assets and strengthening OX2’s presence in the Australian market.
“I derive a great deal of satisfaction in conceptualising projects and seeing them through to completion, and I’m excited to contribute my experience and enthusiasm for renewable energy development at OX2,” says Catherine.

Grzegorz Butrym, Poland
Director Energy Sales & Origination
Grzegorz Butrym leads OX2 Poland’s energy sales and origination activities, focusing on the development and sale of cPPA (Corporate Power Purchase Agreements) and aligning corporate client needs with OX2’s renewable energy projects, including wind and solar farms as well as energy storage.
“My role focuses on developing strategies and managing long-term green energy contracts, ensuring that client needs are met while advancing OX2’s renewable energy projects,” says Grzegorz.

Henrik Grenert, Sweden
Health, Safety & Environment Director
Henrik Grenert leads OX2’s health, safety, and environment agenda, strengthening the company’s HSE culture, processes, and performance across all operations. He plays a key role in advancing OX2’s ambition to be a leader in Health & Safety and supporting long-term sustainable value creation.
“I’m proud to contribute to strengthening our health and safety culture and driving continuous improvement, while supporting OX2’s long-term ambition of a sustainable future,” says Henrik.

Suvi Jääskeläinen, Finland
Technical Project Manager
Suvi Jääskeläinen works as a Technical Project Manager at OX2 in Finland, guiding the technical implementation of wind power projects and ensuring that selected solutions support reliable and efficient operations. She plays a key role in the planning phase, helping to shape robust and future-proof project designs.
“With this role, I get a front-row seat to the latest technology in the field and the opportunity to contribute to advancing renewable energy,” says Suvi.

Giulia Verzino, Italy
Procurement Manager
Giulia Verzino has developed her career at OX2 across development, construction, and now procurement, gaining hands-on experience and growing her expertise. As construction manager, she played a key role in delivering OX2’s first wind farm in Italy, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management and commitment to project success.
“I hope OX2 continues to offer opportunities like this to young women. In Italy, that isn’t the standard, and we should be proud of it,” says Giulia.

Peter Giang, Australia
Head of Construction
Peter Giang leads OX2’s construction activities in Australia, overseeing the delivery of renewable energy projects and ensuring efficient execution from planning through to completion. He plays a key role in building and developing the construction team while supporting the successful realization of large-scale projects, including the SEC Renewable Energy Park Horsham.
“I’m excited to lead the construction team and contribute to delivering complex projects, where collaboration and creative problem-solving are key to success,” says Peter.

Sebastian Jasinowski, Poland
Transactions Director
Sebastian Jasinowski oversees OX2’s transaction activities across Poland, Italy, and Romania, driving disciplined growth and long-term value across the company’s Continental Europe portfolio. He focuses on executing strategic transactions that strengthen OX2’s position as a leading independent power producer in Europe.
“I joined OX2 because I believe the company is exceptionally well positioned to become a leading independent power producer in Europe and to play a significant role in the continent’s energy transition,” says Sebastian.

Linda Strindevall, Sweden
Environment and Climate Change Manager
Linda Strindevall leads the development and implementation of OX2’s environment and climate strategy. Since joining in 2023, she has focused on setting long term targets, identifying necessary actions and governance, and ensuring effective measurement, analysis and reporting to support OX2’s progress toward nature positive renewable energy projects by 2030.
“I find it rewarding to work on something that has a clear contribution to a more sustainable society, and that we are all a part of increasing our sustainability performance and future proofing our company,” says Linda.
