Rustari

The Rustari wind farm is located in the municipality of Kurikka, Finland. 

The wind farm consists of 8 wind turbines with a total capacity of 44 MW. The maximum height of the turbines is 230 meters. The estimated annual production of the wind farm is 165 GWh which is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of about 32,000 households (5,000 kWh/household).  

The construction of the Rustari wind farm started in 2021 and the wind farm was completed for commercial use in early 2023. 

The wind farm was handed over to its owner Renewable Power Capital (RPC) in March 2023. OX2 is responsible for the technical and commercial management of the wind farm.
