About the project
OX2 is constructing the Annopol onshore wind farm with a total capacity of 40 MW. The project is located in the municipalities of Gościeradów and Annopol, in the Lublin Voivodeship. The investment, worth over PLN 340 million, will be owned by OX2 after completion.
The Annopol wind farm will consist of 10 Vestas V136 turbines. Its annual energy production is estimated at approximately 155 GWh, which corresponds to the electricity demand of nearly 80,000 households. Construction of the farm began in August 2025, and it is scheduled to be commissioned in 2027.
OX2 has entered into a long-term financing agreement with PKO Bank Polski for the investment.
OX2 also signed a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Amazon. The contract covers 28 MW of capacity from our Annopol Wind Farm. The agreement is an important step toward climate neutrality for both Amazon and Poland.

As an experienced developer of renewable energy sources, OX2 places great emphasis on environmental issues in its daily work, in line with the Group's Biodiversity Strategy. As part of this strategy, it applies a hierarchy of mitigation measures aimed at achieving a net-positive impact on nature, proving that the construction of wind and solar farms and energy storage facilities can go hand in hand with caring for nature.
OX2 is open to cooperation with municipalities that want to develop clean energy sources, strengthening their energy security and at the same time ensuring lower energy costs for residents in the future. As a “good neighbor,” the company wants to be present in municipalities not only at the design or construction stage, but also after the completion of the investment, supporting local communities and leaving lasting, positive effects of its activities. In the municipalities of Annopol and Gościeradów, OX2 provided financial support to volunteer fire departments and sponsored the participation of Polish competitors from the Kraśnik robotics group in a world-class competition.
