The solar farm will be located in the Pińczowski and Buski districts, in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, and will be OX2’s third solar project in the country. Construction is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2026, with commissioning anticipated between late 2027 and early 2028. Once operational, the facility is expected to generate about 55 GWh of electricity annually, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of around 22,000 households.

In December 2024, OX2 secured a total of 205 MW in Polish renewable energy auctions, comprising a 40 MW wind farm and a 165 MW solar farm. In addition, during the main capacity market auction for 2029, the company secured a capacity obligation of 200 MW for two planned energy storage facilities.
