Finley Solar Farm

Finley Solar Farm is a 175MW solar farm located 6km west of Finley, New South Wales. The site was identified in 2017 and secured development consent in January 2018.

In July 2018 the project signed Australia’s largest ever corporate solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the country’s biggest steel manufacturer BlueScope for 66% of the electricity produced by the solar farm.

John Laing, an international infrastructure investor acquired the project in November 2018 and the project commenced operations in 2019.

OX2 will remain involved in the project long term through the provision of long term technical and commercial management services.
