Responsible supply chain

By setting environmental, social and governance requirements throughout the value chain, OX2 can empower the great electricity shift sustainably. OX2 supports recognized global human rights and fair working conditions for those working at OX2 sites and construction sites or in the supply chain. We will evaluate and actively manage all suppliers in relation to issues concerning human rights, the environment and good business ethics.

A responsible supply chain refers to how companies and organizations manage and monitor risks within the various stages and processes that make up the supply chain. The purpose is to ensure that products and services are produced and delivered in a manner consistent with environmental, social, and ethical standards. OX2 works to ensure responsible supply chains to achieve a sustainable energy transition.

A high level of risk awareness is required to ensure the transition to a green and climate-neutral economy that is fair, inclusive, creates decent job opportunities, respects people's sovereignty over natural resources, and upholds human rights for affected communities, including indigenous peoples.

In all operations involving long supply chains, there is a risk of corruption, substandard working conditions, human rights violations, or other breaches. To achieve sustainability in the supply chain, we use a range of tools to identify and minimize risks. We have zero tolerance for child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking, and our supplier code of conduct supports recognized global guidelines. Our goal is to strive to cease, prevent, or mitigate negative impacts associated with our supply chain by addressing the most prominent risks. All suppliers are required to endorse OX2's supplier code of conduct.
